You've Got Mail

Kathleen Kelly owns a tiny neighborhood bookstore. Joe Fox is opening the enormous bookstore chain threatening to put her out of business. In person, they can barely stand each other. Online, they're anonymous pen pals slowly falling in love. Neither has any idea the person waiting behind the next email is already standing right across from them. New York in the fall, dial-up internet, bookstores, and peak Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan—rom-com VHS doesn't get much cozier than this.
