It can't rain all the time. Apparently, it can rewind.

THE CROW is returning to VHS more than three decades after Brandon Lee's gothic revenge classic first hit theaters.

Vice Press Home Video has teamed with Paramount Home Entertainment for an officially licensed PAL release featuring new artwork by Matt Ferguson, offered in two distinctly collectible editions.

The standard edition is limited to 1,250 copies and pairs a black cassette with striking red on-tape printing. Vice Press' much smaller exclusive run is limited to just 250 copies, replacing the black shell with a white cassette and contrasting black print.

Both editions are expected to ship in September 2026.

For a movie whose entire identity feels permanently attached to black leather, rain-soaked streets and the video-store era, a new VHS edition feels remarkably at home.

The standard slipcase edition is limited to 1,250 copies and features a black VHS cassette with red on-tape printing. The Vice Press Exclusive Edition is limited to 250 copies and features a white VHS cassette with black on-tape printing. Both editions are PAL format and require compatible European/PAL VHS playback equipment. Expected to ship by the end of September 2026.
