Set across Halloween night, the anthology delivers four bizarre and macabre stories: a girl terrorized by a supernatural force, a lonely pawnbroker who witnesses a horrific crime, a brother and sister whose trip to a Halloween party takes a hellish turn, and two trick-or-treaters who take a prank much too far.

Connecting the seasonal mayhem is Laugho the Clown, the series' recurring antagonist.
