Welcome back to Silent Hill. This time, bring a VCR.

RETURN TO SILENT HILL has become the first film in the Silent Hill franchise to receive an official VHS release.

Bloody Disgusting and Witter Entertainment have taken Christophe Gans' return to the fog-covered town and reformatted the film to 4:3 full frame for CRT viewing. The tape even keeps rolling after the credits for a behind-the-scenes featurette.

Two variants were produced: a standard black cassette housed in a slipcase and a red cassette presented in a gatefold package limited to only 250 copies.

The red edition has already disappeared into the fog, but the black-tape edition remains available for preorder.

Official fully functional VHS release of Return to Silent Hill from Bloody Disgusting and Witter Entertainment. Features the film reformatted from its original aspect ratio to 4:3 full frame for CRT viewing, followed by a behind-the-scenes featurette. The standard edition includes a black VHS in a slipcase. A separate red VHS gatefold edition limited to 250 copies has sold out. This is a preorder expected to ship Q4 2026.
