Halloween 1983 isn't finished with you yet.

RETURN OF THE PUMPKIN RABBIT has made the jump from analog horror to actual analog media with an officially licensed VHS release from Retro Release Video.

The tape features Martin Paredes' extended version of the Halloween nightmare along with deleted and extended material, bonus content and The Mysterious House — turning the release into a physical-media expansion of the Pumpkin Rabbit story rather than simply a copy of something already online.

And then there's the tape itself.

While the standard black cassette is currently ready to ship, the Pumpkin Rabbit Orange variant is back on preorder with fulfillment projected for October–November 2026.

Analog horror on an actual VHS tape feels almost suspiciously correct.
