“Let’s Join the Cult!” — Mysterious Producer VHS

This isn't a movie on VHS. It's an artifact from a movie that hasn't been made yet.

Blood Sick Productions is offering a mysterious producer-exclusive VHS as part of its fundraising campaign for Brewce Longo and Erica Schreiner's upcoming feature THE ART COMMUNE.

The tape isn't THE ART COMMUNE itself. Instead, it's designed as something the fictional cult members might have created — and the physical tapes are intended to appear on screen in the finished movie.

Inside is a new mysterious video along with previously unreleased-on-physical-media short films by Longo and Schreiner. The VHS is being produced only for supporters of the Executive Bundle and will not be repressed.

In other words: buyers aren't simply getting merchandise from the movie. They're getting an object that is being made part of the movie's world.

That's about as physical-media as physical media gets.
